Jayden






Jayden started flying when he was 16 years old in the state of Washington. Since then, he's accumulated over 1,000 hours of flight time, most of which as a flight instructor out of Lake Havasu. His full time job currently is as an airline pilot, however his love of teaching and 100% pass rate brings him back to Havasu to instruct by appointment when available. Services include flight & ground instruction for Private, Instrument, Commercial, and ATP certificates, as well as check ride prep. Flight reviews, IPCs, Jayden holds a Com SES, ME, CFI, CFII, ATP, and is PIC type rated on the Embraer 175 passenger jet.

Kevin

Paul Baca grew up in and around Lake Havasu. His first flight at age 15 was as a cadet in Civil Air Patrol's London Bridge Composite Squadron. After graduating from Lake Havasu High School in 2019, Paul began to study at the University of Arizona in the physics department. With the college closed due to the pandemic, Paul had the opportunity to begin formal flight training with White Cloud's own Jayden Strickland. After earning a private pilot certificate, Paul decided to pursue a career in aviation. During his junior year at U of A, he began training at a flight school in the Phoenix metro and worked his way to a multi-engine flight instructor while still maintaining an honors level in physics. Paul has had experience in various aircraft and environments, logging time flying interisland in Hawaii, up the coast of California, and in the wide range of landscapes in Arizona. He is excited to help people experience the joy of flying and to become licensed pilots. Paul holds a commercial single and multiengine airplane certificate with complex and high-performance endorsements, as well as a CFI, CFII, and MEI

Declan Krafsky, originally from Washington State Declan grew up flying in the Pacific Northwest. Graduating with honors from Central Washington University's aviation program in 2022, he now resides in Lake Havasu, Arizona, dedicated to mentoring future aviators.
Declan's qualifications include Commercial ASEL (Airplane Single Engine Land), AMEL (Airplane Multi Engine Land), CFI (Certified Flight Instructor), and endorsements for Complex, High Performance, and High-Altitude operations. His proficiency spans various aircraft and scenarios.
As a flight instructor, Declan offers vast knowledge, a profound love for aviation, and patient guidance. Whether you're taking your initial aviation steps or advancing your skills, he's committed to helping you become a safe and confident pilot.

Declan Krafsky, a dedicated pilot from Washington State, is known for his 100% pass rate as a flight instructor and deep passion for aviation. He built much of his experience at White Cloud Aviation, where he logged most of his flight hours and helped students achieve their pilot certifications. Now working as an airline pilot on the E175 passenger jet, Declan has transitioned his skills from training future pilots to transporting passengers on regional flights. White cloud instructor and Current international Gulfstream pilot Paul Baca started his aviation career in Lake Havasu with a discovery flight and continued on to get his private pilot certificate. That experience influenced him to begin a career in aviation. After obtaining his flight instructor certificate Paul had the excellent opportunity to mentor aspiring pilots in lake Havasu with white cloud aviation. After 1000 hours logged with white cloud Paul is very thankful for the opportunity white cloud aviation provides for future pilots and is happy to answer any questions about aviation or starting a career in flying. Paul provides flight instruction by appointment. Qualified for initial, instrument, complex, high performance, high altitude, turbojet, ASEL and AMEL training.
